Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN 1952-1979

Started as Wisconsin Central Airlines and name changed to North Central Airlines upon relocation to Minneapolis-St. Paul from Madison, WI in 1952. In 1979, the company merged with Southern Airways and name changed to Republic Airlines. Republic merged with Hughes Air West in 1968 and that combined airline was purchased by Northwest Airlines in 1986 which merged with Delta Airlines in 2008.
