This airline was a scheduled and contract cargo flight operator. Activities were suspended in 1989 when its parent company filed for bankruptcy. In 1991, Viking was acquired by Lang Enterprises out of Las Vegas. Viking was again sold in November, 1993 to the Eagle Group and name changed to Eagle Airlines (see).
